Music is a gift from God, intended to assist us as we develop and deepen our relationship with Him.
The worship ministry here at Living Word exists to Love God, Connect Together, Serve Others, and Reach our World. We also exist to proclaim the gospel through music, identify and train musicians and singers who will humbly and skillfully serve God’s purpose for and through the Church.
Who We Are
We are a growing community of diverse minstrels (musicians) and psalmists (singers) seeking to serve.
We seek to provide opportunities to use and develop each personal character, and individual strengths, whether they be classically trained, or self taught, play by notes or by ear, or whether they play other peoples songs or write their own.
Our Values
Our values include but are not limited to, consistent devotion to God’s glory and the gospel, active involvement and accountability, humility, servant hood, gratefulness, faithfulness and an ongoing pursuit of spiritual and musical growth. God’s presence is our primary goal in serving; we serve to draw attention to God and not ourselves.
