Family Times Virtue Packs ™ is a simple, fast, effective, easy to use tool to help equip parents to make the most of everyday moments together. It is based on the biblical model for training children found in Deuteronomy 6:7. Each Virtue Pack help families maximize four strategic moments by providing activities to be used once a week during each of these four family times – Meal Time, Drive Time, Bed Time, and Morning Time.
Family Times ™ works in conjunction with our Sunday Fusion Children's Church for 1st -6th graders. It allows parents to “ take church home ” and continue to build a spiritual foundation throughout the week. Family Times works in conjunction with our Sunday curriculum. 252 Basics is built around the concept of developing 3 basic truths- Wisdom, Faith and Friendship in your children from Luke 2:52 “… and Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man. ” These basic truths provide the framework for our Fusion Children's Church where we consistently teach that each child three important values: 1. I need to make the WISE choice. 2. I can TRUST GOD no matter what. 3. I should treat OTHERS the way I want to be treated.
The resources you will find in the Virtue Pack are designed to be strategically placed within your home as reminders of a specific virtue and its related principles each month. What is a virtue? “ A virtue is something God does in us to change the world around us ”.
Family Times Virtue Packs ™ is about children and parents applying the virtue to their own lives. We want to help parents engage their child's heart as they learn to be their teacher, counselor, coach, and friend.
